   1.1 Android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE - this permission allows us to interrupt music playback within the app and within the advert when incoming call arise.

   1.2 Android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, Android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION -  It is needed for advertisers, to make a decision about what banner to show you.

   We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

   You acknowledge and agree that the mobile application Software and  related services may have     potential  risks. In no event shall Music Downloader Mp3-Art be liable for any risks.

5. Termination

   You have the right to fully and permanently remove  the  Software  from  your  mobile device at any    time and terminate  this Agreement.
